There is a kind of asymmetry/skewing inherent here. Grandmother (MM) says to her grandchild (DC) ‘kornkumo [father]’ in reference to her husband, the grandchild’s MF. The only explanation I can think of is that mamamh and skewed father are in the same ‘class’ but no motivation for why the skewing is necessary unless it is a polite way of referring to a classificatory affine (assuming a three way distinction of classificatory, potential and actual).
