To search for the correct kundebi / kundembuy term to use in a particular three way context, select each of the three basic terms from the drop down menus in the search engine boxes.

In box number 1 you select the kinship term that you use with the person you are talking to. In box 2 you select the term for the relationship between you and the person you are referring to. In box  3 you select the kin term for the relationship between your addressee (the person you are talking to) and the person you are referring to. You must select three kin terms that are a logical three-way possibility. If you do not, the search engine will produce "no results".

There can sometimes be more than one possible term that can be used in which case multiple terms will be found. If your term is not found, or you think there is a problem with the result, or if you have any other comments or questions, please let us know. You can contact us at:
