Skewed aunty, FZD>FZ i.e. father's sister's daughter who is moved up a generation or 'skewed' to be called berlu 'aunty'. The verb -modjarrkdorrinj means 'to skew generations' i.e. to push someone into an adjacent generation. The verb must have a pronominal prefix attached. Commonly this would be ngane-modjarrkdorrinj 'we two are in a skewed relationship' or bene-modjarrkdorrinj 'they two are in a skewed relationship' or ngune-modjarrkdorrinj 'you two are in a skewed relationship'.
